Frequently Asked Questions

RAPID RE-SOILING

Many claim there carpets are never the same after they began cleaning and they always had to continue cleaning after they started. Saying that there carpets re-soiled faster after cleaning.

  • Unfortunately this is a major problem in the carpet cleaning industry. There are so many cleaners still to this day using cleaning agents in their rinsing process thus leaving behind residue that will attract soil. This is why it is so important to find a Carpet Cleaning Company that not only uses the Hot Water Extraction Method but also extracts with no cleaning agents in their “RINSING” hot water extraction process. Although most cleaning agents are soap-free these days they still are designed to attract soil, by nature that is how they work. If you leave that residue behind you will re-soil often.

HOW COME THE SPOTS KEEP COMING BACK?

  • Most equipment and cleaning methods are either not powerful enough to deep clean or simply designed to only surface clean. Flushing high volumes of boiling hot water deep through your carpets fibers along with having a powerful enough Vacuum to completely extract that water Insures complete removal of those stubborn spots. We GUARANTEE IT! Reappearing spots almost never exist anymore with our powerful equipment but we do guarantee that they will never re-appear so please hold us to this guaranty. We do not want your stain there anymore then you do and we will come back again for free to make sure.

HOW SOON WILL THE CARPET BE DRY?

  • The carpets are amazingly dry when we are finished cleaning (like a really wrung out rag). Then we place Speed drying Fans to aid drying. Leaving carpets dry to the touch. The carpets are fine to walk on as soon as we are finished. However, it is advised to not place furniture on the carpet where moisture may still remain and could be trapped, wood stain can bleed off and metals may rust. We can leave foam blocks for the furniture if needed. Usually the carpet will be completely dry by the evening or the next morning depending on the weather conditions.

WILL PET ODOR BE COMPLETELY REMOVED?

  • We have incredible odorside cleaning agents and tools that remove and sanitize the toughest problems. That being said we still do not guarantee 100% odor removal. Two reasons for no guaranty 1. Certain People’s memories to odors can be very powerful while many may not smell the odor the one emotionally moved by the smell may always smell a hint. 2. You have to fully remove the source of the odor that the bacteria are feeding on and causing the smell. The source often times has passed the carpet fibers and into the backing of the carpet, into the padding, and even into the subfloor. We treat and clean carpet fibers but the source can be much deeper depending on the severity of the problem.

SHOULD WE VACUUM FIRST OR DO YOU DO THAT?

  • Even though we have the most powerful vacuum system in the industry it is still important to vacuum before you clean. We do ask that you vacuum your carpets before our arrival. We do not believe in taking a vacuum from house to house spreading airborne allergens and toxins, trust us you don’t. Also this does help us keep our costs to you more affordable.

SHOULD WE MOVE OUR FURNITURE BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?

  • We do ask that you move everything off the areas you would like cleaned if possible. We can clean under a lot of things with care and place tabs under furniture when needed. We also can move most furniture for you if needed but it is not included in our pricing structure due to the fact that everyone’s furniture moving needs are completely different and in some cases not needed at all. It is not fare to include this service in base pricing.

CAN YOU GET RED STAINS OR OTHER COLORED STAINS OUT AND WILL THEY COME BACK?

  • First of all the difference between spots and stains. Spots are soiled areas that can be washed and removed. Stains are spots that have color transfers that alter the color of the carpet fiber itself. Note: it is very important to clean up any spill as soon as possible by blotting with a cloth towel and water or club soda. Never rub your carpets as that can damage fibers, always blot.

We pride ourselves in being the best at stain removal. Reds are most common and almost always successful. Stains however usually have had some work done to them before our arrival with other cleaning agents or they may have sat for a long period of time and set in. Under the worst circumstances we are very successful at stain removal regardless and can get most stains out.
